We can customize our services to meet with each clients needs. Our team is fully experienced , licensed and insured with over 45 years of combined experience . Our services include onsite inspections with full written reports, maintenance budgeting , specification preparations and complete tendering , insurance renewal negotiations ,mortgage renewals and annual MPAC assessment reviews. 24/7 emergency on call services available while utilizing a professional roster of qualified contractors and service providers. Our team is also versed in all utility grants and incentives as well as the building permit and zoning process. We are also up to date on the Residential Tenancies Act and all court procedures involved.
FINANCIAL
Our management team includes an in house Certified General Accountant who overseas our financial services which services include Accounts receivable, Accounts payable , creation of customizable financial statements, HST accounting ,payroll and tax preparation. All bank accounts are certified trust accounts. We have utilized electronic accounting, including payables and receivables, where possible to reduce costs for our clients.
MARKETING
Our team consists of experienced real estate professionals who can assist our clients in acquiring , leasing and selling assets . We will complete the leasing of commercial and residential units. Lease renewals ,lease negotiations and preparation of the final lease documents are also services included.
